How Do I Download Pics From My Fujifilm Camera Into My Computor?

i have a fujifilm finepix z5 camera and i have no clue how to download the pictures.
i have the manuel but dont understand.
i have the i think its called ubs cord or whatever.
it has a yellow and gold plugs and i plugged those in but nothing happens. and when that cord is plugged into the camera no pics show up on neither camera or computor.
nothing happens. HELP. lol….im confused

  1. plug usb cable into pc then turn on pc then go to my computer and open removeble disk your phots be there good luck

    This is just a pure guess work, but it has worked on a Sony Handi Cam, HP, and Kodak. Hook your camera up to your computer using the USB cord that came with it. If you did not get any software with the camera, use windows. Turn on the camera while connected to the computer. The computer should recognize a new device. Go to ‘My Computer’ and see if the camera is listed, if it is, open the folder like you would any other folder. You should be able to copy the files from the folder to your Hard drive. These files are your pictures.
