I’m flying to Japan tomorrow and spending a week. I have been looking into buying a new Fujifilm camera and I was going to buy it before this trip, but a thought arose. Would it be cheaper to buy the camera in Japan instead of before I leave? I mean, Fujifilm is headquartered in Japan and Japan is the place for electronics. Does anybody have experience buying electronics in Japan?

I normally leave my terminal powered up (turned ON) all the time. I have bought a new Digital camera (Fujifilm brand) that I can leave connected to my terminal, continuously.
Will the voltage that is supplied by my terminal keep my camera battery Fully charged, through the USB port or should I have to rely on the recharging pac that I bought with my camera to recharge this battery only before each time I use my camera?
i have a fujifilm finepix S 5200. it has 5.1 megapixles and i just got a gig at an outdoor concert. its going to be durning the day so there will be plenty of light but is my camera good enough to capture images for this event? give your opinion or advise, this is my first photo gig so im kinda nervous…
